A Summary of Our Properties
Elpis currently owns 1,193 acres of Oil and Gas properties in Preston County, WV. These reserves include the Marcellus and Utica Shale Plays.
As a part of its Preston County, WV energy assets, Elpis owns 17,104 acres of coal reserves. Seams in-clude the Bakerstown, Upper Free-port, Lower Freeport and Kittanning.
Two recreational tracts are available. A 1/2 acre tract on the banks of Buffalo Creek and a 1.74 acre tract adjoining Big Bear Lake recreational area.
