It has a gently sloping terrain and would make the ideal rendezvous and cabin site for hunting in the surrounding area. The tract is less than a mile from the Maryland State border so it is conveniently located to hunting areas in both West Virginia and Maryland.
Our .461 acre Etam Tract is located in southern Preston County, West Virginia, on the waters of Buffalo Creek. Build a cabin on this tract and you could fish for trout from your back deck! Buffalo Creek, its tributaries, and the nearby upper Cheat River are all excellent fishing streams. White water rafting is also a popular recreational activity on the lower Cheat River.
